ZonForge Inc. provides ZonForge Sentinel, an AI-powered security operations platform accessible at app.zonforge.com ("Service"). The Service includes threat detection, risk scoring, compliance reporting, and related features as described at zonforge.com/features.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at security@zonforge.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accounts may not be shared across organizations. Each workspace represents a single legal entity.
ZonForge offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed at zonforge.com/pricing and may change with 30 days' notice.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy. Downgrade credits are applied to future billing cycles. Annual subscriptions include a 14-day refund window from purchase date.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
You may not use ZonForge to:
You retain all rights to data you send to ZonForge ("Customer Data"). You grant ZonForge a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. We do not use Customer Data to train AI models without explicit written consent.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send Customer Data to ZonForge and that doing so complies with applicable laws.
ZonForge retains all rights to the platform, including AI models, detection rules, and software. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any ZonForge intellectual property.
Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
Each party will protect the other's Confidential Information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information (at least reasonable care) and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.
ZonForge implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. Our security practices are described in the Security Addendum at zonforge.com/legal/security.
ZonForge targets 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control. Uptime history is published at status.zonforge.com.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONFORGE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
ZONFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA LOSS.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ZONFORGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT ALL SECURITY THREATS OR PREVENT ALL BREACHES.
You will indemnify and hold harmless ZonForge from claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, your Customer Data, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice and opportunity to cure. ZonForge may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of the Acceptable Use policy.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted. Export your data before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
